My name is Felix. I bring people together in beautiful spaces to realize about our potential and celebrate life.

I don’t believe systems fail because of a lack of resources, strategy, or structure. They fail because of the quality of relationships and the emotional maturity of the people within them.

I am a brand strategist, systems architect, mentor, artist, and shaman – a facilitator and catalyst of transformation. For more than 18 years, I have supported individuals, teams, and global communities in deconstructing outdated stories, unlocking collective intelligence, and embracing life in all its beauty, complexity, and intensity.

My toolbox is diverse. It spans strategic design and proven business frameworks, depth psychology and archetypal work, leadership development, and ritual spaces on the dancefloor. I do not separate the mind from the body, business from the soul, or structure from ecstasy. To me, they are all expressions of the same living process.
